What is online coaching & is it for me?

My style of online coaching is so much more than a workout.

Very often when women contact me, they’ve tried the gym, they’ve tried a diet, they’ve tried an app with a load of workouts and they just can’t stick to it. 

At Coached By Meg, the focus is all about your lifestyle outside the gym. 

Yes - you’re given workouts to complete and I want all my members to feel strong BUT more focus is put on the other 23 hours of your day because let’s be honest - if fat is your goal, 3 hours per week in the gym isn’t going to have much impact.

The fat loss impact is going to come from the foods you’re eating, how active you are, your moods and emotions, your weekends.

I will help you create healthy habits and a routine that suits YOUR life. 

This isn’t another app with nobody to speak to, this is having me in your corner… your own cheerleader to keep motivating you when things get tough.

Group Coaching

Looking for the perfect balance of support & structure to achieve your fat loss goals, without giving up all the enjoyable stuff in life? 

My group coaching offers just that. 

Motivation, accountability and education - so you can finally stop yo-yo dieting and feel content long-term.

    • Home or gym based workouts to be completed in your own time because everybody's schedules are different.

    • Nutritional support and education because there is so much more to a diet than a set of calories.

    • Bi-weekly 1-1 check-ins, helping you if you’re struggling and keeping you accountable - this is the MOST important bit. Having someone in your corner, helping you when you’ve had a bad week is what gets results.

    • WhatsApp group chat with a community of like-minded women all supporting eachother. 

    • By Meg Coaching app for you to log all your meals, workouts, progress, steps. Everything in one place to keep things nice & simple.

    • Daily habits. Nothing crazy, just nice simple habits that compound to great results over time.

  • Our next 8 week intake starts Monday 6th January!

1:1 Coaching

For a more personalised experience, work directly with Meg to create a wellness plan designed specifically for you and your life. 1-1 coaching focuses on building a routine that aligns with your goals, your personal life, your lifestyle and what YOU want to achieve because every single person's goals are different.

    • Working together to create a nutritional plan that suits your lifestyle and routine. 

    • A workout plan tailored to your goals and the time available to you.

    • Weekly video check-ins looking at your food diary, your workouts, your sleep, your mood, your stress levels, your social life and helping you find a way to balance it all because it all goes hand in hand. 

    • Monthly zoom call for us both to review the month and amend the plan in line with your progress.

    • By Meg Coaching app for you to log all your meals, workouts, progress, steps. Everything in one place to keep things nice & simple.

    • 1-1 WhatsApp support with Meg whenever you need it and access to the ‘ByMeg Coaching’ WhatsApp group chat with a community of like-minded women because the feeling of community goes along way.

My goal as a coach is to help as many women as possible to feel healthy, happy, strong and CONFIDENT. 

Because we all deserve that. 

Over the years I’ve supported hundreds of women to achieve their goals not only aesthetically but also working towards a positive approach to their diet and lifestyle.

I’m a Certified PT and Nutrition Coach but I’m also a regular 30 something who loves nothing more than a few glasses of wine.


That’s exactly my approach to coaching YOU… teaching you how to feel healthier, fitter & stronger than ever before whilst still enjoying life along the way.

FAQs

  • Yes - if you’re doing home workouts you need a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell. If you’re doing the gym workouts - a gym membership.

  • No, we have multiple methods for you to monitor your food with tracking calories one of them.

  • No, you’ll receive education, guidance and meal ideas to help you find a way of eating that suits your routine. Meal plans aren’t provided because we want you to be able to learn how to continue eating after you’ve finished the program.

  • No, the initial program for the group coaching is 8 weeks and then you continue on a monthly basis.

    1-1 coaching is an initial 3 months and then you continue on a monthly basis.
    You can cancel either at any time after the initial time period.

  • It depends on the level of support you need. 

    Those that feel they need that extra bit of support, go for the 1-1. If you’re unsure, contact us via the ‘Get In Touch’ box and we can discuss what is best for you. 

  • Not necessarily, the amount of time everyone commits will be different depending on their schedule.

    You’re not expected to workout every day or get an excessive amount of steps. You are expected to aim to be a bit more active than you already are and to follow the guidance that is set out to you.
